Walking route to the Hermitage of Sant Sebastià
A beautiful round-trip walk from La Torre del Vilar to the Hermitage of Sant Sebastià, located on a hill about 770 metres above sea level, offering panoramic views over the Vic plain and the surrounding hills.
The original construction of the hermitage dates back to the 16th century, probably built as protection during the epidemics that affected the region. This site also holds great historical importance: on 17 May 1705, the well-known “Pact of the Vigatans” was signed here, a meeting of the local Catalan nobility to form political alliances.
Along the route, you can enjoy forest paths and peaceful countryside landscapes, ideal for disconnecting and breathing in the fresh air of nature.
